iConnect's penetration into our target markets is soley through our channel of resellers. We currently have 21 signed resellers nationwide, ranging from sole entities focusing on networking to listed companies diversifying their service offerings. These 21 resellers equate to in excess of 200 individuals selling the iConnect Voice Services to the SME and Corporate markets.

iConnect Infrastructure
iConnect's core focus is on the provision of quality services to our clients. This is not limited to the voice solutions sold, but also includes fostering a personal relationship with our clients, optimising the use of technology and human resources in the management and monitoring of our clients' services and providing a support system that is readily available to our clients with superior turn-around times on problem resolution.

Relationship Matrix
iConnect has a living document which details the relationship matrix between iConnect, the reseller and the client. Our main objective is to make sure the client is experiencing excellent and satisfactory service from the initial sales meeting, through the processes of application, installation, monthly billing and technical support. iConnect regards managing expectations of resellers and clients as a priority.

Training, Support and the Personal Touch
Comprehensive training is provided to resellers and their teams. We do have a train the trainer approach, however this is sometimes not possible and iConnect will then work with our reseller to ensure their teams are fully geared up to sell the solutions. We provide support at sales meetings where our resellers may be overwhelmed by the technical requirements or for any other reason. Last, but not least, we foster relationships with our resellers where there is constant and regular communication and encouragement. We pride ourselves on the quick and efficient distribution of critical information to our resellers.

Revenue
Very simply iConnect's expectations of our Resellers is to efficiently and professionally perform the sales and customer relationship management function, while iConnect efficiently and professionally provides a top quality reliable solution and support. For this we share equally with our resellers every month for the duration of the contract with the client or any renewal of that contract with the client.
