Savings Calculator / Quotation
iConnect provides our clients with a savings calculation / quotation based on their current spend. Included is the cost of the Router as well as the cost of the ADSL line, if required. The calculator also provides the ROI period to recapture the cost of the Router.
Service and Credit Application
The signing up process is as simple as the solution itself. A Service and Credit application can be completed and emailed or faxed to iConnect.
Provisioning and Installation
It takes between 3 and 8 weeks from the time of receipt of the completed Service and Credit applications to provision the ADSL line, order and configure the equipment and install on site. Credit approval occurs within 1 week from receipt of the completed applications.

Proposal and Rates Determination
iConnect offers its clients with a total spend exceeding R250 000 per month a free call data record analysis. The client provides their call data records for one billing period in electronic format. iConnect then pulls this information through our SQL database, which results in a business case for the client. The higher the volume of calls the better the rates.
Service Application and Customer Contract
Once our clients have agreed to the proposal submitted, then the service application must be completed and submitted. Provisioning of the leased line can take anything from 3 to 8 weeks. Our client will be required to sign the customer contract. A proof of concept clause has been built into the contract where by the client has a 90 day period within which they can cancel the agreement.
