BetterLife Pty LTD went to market for a new Internet Service Provider around June 2016. This decision was driven by the unreliable and poor service they received from their provider at the time.
Betterlife now has fast fibre connectivity and has experienced great improvement in their voice quality while also managing to reduce their monthly telephone spend with the benefit of inter-branch calls between their 8 regional offices.
iConnect took the time to understand their business and it’s requirements. We provided BetterLife with Internet Connectivity, Voice and Cloud Services for their 8 branches nationwide. Based on the stability and quality of our network they decided to port all their Telkom lines over to our voice platform.
