Key Responsibilities

  • Provider management - Costing, ordering, delivery, problem solving. Maintain supplier contracts and ensure there is adherence to contractual agreements based on business.
  • Timeous Feasibility and progress management.
  • Effective teamwork and communication- Liaise with the ops/ project team to ensure there are no delays in making connections available for customer use.
  • Continuous System updates- Maintain accurate, timely and detailed updates on solid.
  • Regular Reporting- Weekly process requests for new orders, cancellations and upgrades.
  • Queries resolution- Resolve queries raised by finance relating to supplier bills and customer invoices.

Experience

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
